The effective running of all the modules is driven by different stages of knowledge flow. With this model corporate E-commerce and internal management are integrated together tightly with knowledge so that all information and knowledge from external and internal sources can be collected, extracted, processed and restored at higher efficiency, and then can be used to innovate or improve products, services in time.
