Abstract :
A side lobe canceller (SLC) is an ECCM technique, which can be efficiently employed to reduce the effects of jammers on a radar system through antenna side lobes. The paper deals with the evaluation of SLC performance, taking into account the estimation of the weighting coefficients for auxiliary antennas and residue voltages in the presence and absence of jammer. Extensions are also made for any number of auxiliary antennas and for more than one jammer. Examples of simulation results are presented as a comment of the consideration.
