Abstract :
In this paper, we give some sufficient conditions for a desired maximum amplitude and exponentially decaying envelope, based on the Hille-Yosida theorem in functional analysis and the Kreiss matrix theorem in numerical analysis. We reduce them to the conditions in terms of matrix inequalities using the bounded real lemma
