  • Abstract
An overlay network is built on top of one or more existing networks, by adding an additional layer of indirection and/or virtualization routing, and changing properties in one or more areas of underlying network. Overlay networks are used to deploy functionalities at edge nodes without changing physical networks. We are interested in modeling the knowledge to provide the capability for a system to maintain information needed in service deployment. We will present in this paper our model and approach to construct the overlay service networks to response the client requests. We will present also an overview about the utilization of overlay networks to give a dynamic service deployment.
