Abstract :
There are many ways to study the formation and stability of strategic alliance. We study the strategic alliance formation and symbiosis relation among the corporations in the alliance by the niche theory, and we conclude that there is a symbiosis among the corporations in strategic alliance of the corporation ecosystem. If the corporations are in the same niche, we can reduce the direct competition by separating the corporation niche, make full use of all members´ resources and integrate their competency to reach win-win for the strategic alliance.
