Abstract :
It is urgent to cognize grid operation state along with complication of electric power characteristic. First, database structure was expounded in this paper. Secondly, Grid state judge Procedures was introduced detailed. Last, the concept of Grid Operation State Cognition Flag which was used to represent indexes group state and grid state was advanced in the end of this paper.
