Abstract :
This paper presents a new trigger circuit, which adopts triac instead of centrifugal switch to control the single-phase induction motor (SIM) starting in the auxiliary winding circuit. The circuit is simple and reliable. A frequent and high speed starting properties with large torque is achieved by the experiments
