Abstract :
During the data analysis processing over statistic data warehouse, we divided the visual DSS (decision support system) into various layers, which were named method, model and application layer. This work introduces the definition and function for each layer in the prototype over data warehouse, also gives the theory and practice of VDSS in it. The authors also discuss the model and focus on the prototype development process in statistic data warehouse.
