  • Abstract
Growing interests in the Internet and WWW attempt to extend the field of study from stand alone learning environment to collaborative or cooperative learning environment. In the light of recent explosive growth of information and communication technology, the common platform for collaborative or cooperative activities should be discussed and considered in the international community. Additionally, the roles of participants in collaborative learning should be redefined under the new context of e-learning. Moreover, educational quality, values and effectiveness of various learning activities supported by technologies in e-learning, should be reconsidered. These attempt to contribute standardization of learning and teaching activities in the e-learning society, by proceeding with research and projects of resource development, teaching/learning methodology (e-pedagogy), and evaluation.
