Abstract :
Aiming at the characteristics of specialized economic region in Zhejiang province, PR China, the pattern to accelerate the development and the requirements to networked manufacturing (NM) are analyzed. Based on that, we put forward the scheme of networked manufacturing system oriented to ShaoXing spinning region, this system is composed of common NM platform, regional NM platform of Zhejiang Province, NM platform of ShaoXing spinning region, and the portal of system. Then we integrate these platforms and portal with enterprises application using EAI (enterprises application integration) based on Web service. ASP (application service provider) pattern is adopted to implement this system, and Productivity Boosting Center of ShaoXing is the ASP, which takes charge the maintenance and operation of this system. Enterprises access this system in a hierarchical user access control model. Lastly, the physical architecture of this system is provided based on the expandability and security.
