Abstract :
A novel configuration has been proposed for economical compact broadband waveguide power dividers. Simulation results showed that with the new power divider, power dividing error lower than 0.2 dB, isolation higher than 20dB, and reflection lower than -20dB can be achieved over a relative bandwidth of 23.8%. Sample power divider has been fabricated and the tested results confirmed the concept and the simulation results. In this paper, the concept, simulation results, and tested results will all be presented.
