Abstract
Consumer satisfaction and consumer protection are the main challenging issues to modern day marketing. Consumer Protection offers business to re-examine its marketing policies and programmes for meeting the ever growing needs of consumer welfare. The present study has been undertaken to examine the Consumer Protection movement in India.
