Abstract
The paper hypothesizes how constructing learning management architecture based on principles of semantic web can potentially bring group learning into play and thus improve the outcomes of corporate eLearning programs. The author focuses on advantages of collaborative learning, the lack of its elements in today´s asynchronous eLearning programs and ways of introducing them by exploiting some key features of semantic web.
