Abstract
A survey of methods used for narrowband (NB) interference suppression in spread spectrum systems, mainly DS-CDMA, is done and a new optimal method is proposed. It matches a receiver structure both to the signal and interference. Some simulations have been carried out and results are included. The obtained reception gain approaches 20dB.
