Abstract :
Digital Radio Mondiale (DRM) is a new digital radio broadcasting system for the frequency bands below 30 MHz. it adapts to be implemented in single frequency network (SFN) :a transmitter network in which all transmitters broadcast identical information simultaneously at the same frequency. SFN simulation result is presented in this article, and an implementing method of SFN based on DRM is proposed. A new network quality of service control method based on artificial neural network is also discussed in this article.
