Abstract :
This work describes the cooperative work applying to substation switching aided system based on the model of application service providers (ASPs). The cooperative management and training is necessary among the users and designers. In order to increase the efficiency and the quality of the produced mold and to reduce the company´s costs, when or after choosing a software application, the customers need to evaluate it or train the company´s designers and applied operators. In the paper, the way that the software support company can provide a support of cooperative design and training by an ASP mode is introduced.
