Abstract :
This paper had researched the protection issues for the shipboard integrated power system. Comparing with traditional ship power system, ship integrated power system is a electrical system wide platform entirely which needs to supply much higher density power to the all electrical ship. In this paper, the idea of integrated backup protection in the terrestrial power system was referred and tried to apply in the filed of shipboard integrated power system. Graph theory was used to analyze the network topology of integrated power system. Based on the graph results of analysis for the shipboard integrated power system zonal distribution, the division method of integrated protection domain is researched. The dividing idea of protection information domain was proposed according to the main switchboard with the largest number of adjacent nodes from graph. Finally, in the protection information domain, state variables from multiple ports were used to form integrated protection system and accelerate the main protection, and the application effectiveness of integrated protection on shipboard integrated power system was proved.
