Abstract :
Supply networks have become major elements in the global economy. The uncertainties of the network present great operating risk to all of the numbers in supply networks. This paper focus on the optimal production and inventory location problem in supply networks under demand and transmission capacity uncertainty. A Monte Carlo simulation method is used to solve this linear mix-integer stochastic programming problem. Some study cases are given at the end of the paper.
