Abstract :
Self-healing is one of the main features for achieving the development planning of Strong Smart Grid, which leads to the establishment of Intelligence Decision Support System(IDSS) for Smart Grid. In this paper we define the game relationship between the smart grid accident and the IDSS, study the game characteristics and describe the game factors based on game theory. In the course of processing Smart Grid accident, time is used as optimization decision-making objectives. By applying the Bayes rule we get the perfect Bayesian equilibrium solution and put forward the dynamic decision-making framework of Smart Grid IDSS. The emergency pre-scheme is then corrected in time through repeated game between the information of Smart Grid accident and IDSS until self-healing is achieved.
