Abstract :
Emergency management system is a complex system which involved with multi-domains and multi-purposes. The key to decrease of lives and properties, minimize of damage affect of emergency rescue depend on instant responses and accurate decisions. But most of current researches on emergency management system adopted reduce and deduce methods, which hard to adapt the requirements of analysis, optimize and assist decision making for emergency management system. In this paper, we first discuss the complex problems of railway emergency management system, then introduce the computation architecture for railway emergency management system, which serves the quantitative studies of the complex problems on macro scope level, based on ACP (artificial societies, computation experiments and parallel systems) theory, using multi-agent modeling and computation simulation method. Furthermore, we demonstrate the complex problems solving process using this architecture and implementation of this architecture.
