Abstract :
Customer grading is important for recognizing valuable customers in company, especially for those who have too many customers to serve while the service resources are limited. In this paper, for general multi-factor customer grading problems, a new grading model is established with multiple constraints, and a solution method for this problem is provided. Case study from a security corporation illustrates the effectiveness of the solution algorithm.
