Abstract :
The biconical dipole antenna is frequency independent antenna. A dipole antenna is a narrowband and frequency dependent. In this paper a linear array of five biconical antennas with cone angle 30 is modeled in WIPL-D software and analyzed. Radiation pattern, gain, impedance and Sparameter plots of the array are analyzed and presented for 1-5 GHz frequency range. Mathematical equations for the parameters of the array are developed. Values for the parameters of the array are computed.
