In a traditional classroom, the students are first taught and then accompanied by a practical training session. Only in a flipped classroom, the instructional design is to reverse or "flipped" this traditional approach. Students learn on their own through preloaded lessons, usually available on the web and face to face classroom interaction is utilized by discussing difficult concepts with the instructor. In summation, a flipped classroom (FC) has numerous positive features, students empowered with more independence in their own learning, handling with the diversity and differences of a single student.
