Abstract :
A large number of methods for calculation of electromagnetic fields in the microwave devices, developed to the present time, testifies that the method, which suits for the solution of most problem meeting in practice, at the given moment does not exist. In this connection the comparative characteristic, which would allow to make a well-grounded choice for the solving given class of problems, has the important meaning. Such characteristic should emanate from the certain criterions. The degree of correspondence to these criterions defines the position of given method among others
