Abstract :
Today the whole world is seeking to develop smart grid. Generation, transmission, distribution and power consumption have developments of different degrees in all countries. Therefore, researching on intelligent power consumption is an important trend to the smart grid. In this paper, the situation of intelligent power consumption is introduced in foreign countries; intelligent loads are classified in the intelligent power consumption; innovative modes of intelligent power consumption by mode conversion are proposed. In addition, the development of intelligent power consumption in our country is looked ahead.
