Abstract :
In this work the theory, analysis and a practical implementation of a method of measurement of relative dielectric permeability ε*=ε-i·ε" of materials in a frequency range from 0.5 up to 25 GHz is considered. Values of ε were measured in a range from 2 up to 200 relative units and values of dielectric losses tgδ (ε"/ε) in a range from 5·10-5 up to 2·10-2
