Abstract :
This paper is based on a research project completed at the University of Alaska as part of the course work for the Master of Science in Project Manager Degree. The research project was completed in August of 2006 and involved the development and utilization of an online communication tool to facilitate project communication on a $3.8m real estate development project that was completed under budget and on schedule in early 2007.
