Abstract :
In order to guarantee the river ecological basic flow, nonlinear programming mathematical model has been established and used to the regulation of ecological basic flow of Sushui River. Basic on the data on 2008, the model has been corresponding treated and used to regulate the irrigation diversion of “irrigate section” on Sushui River. Fmincon function, which is a optimization technique of MATLAB, has been used for the solution of ecological basic flow regulation model. Regulation results show that, in order to meet the ecological basic flow of Sushui River, water diversion of Chencun and Wenxi Sushui irrigation area should be reduced under all the guarantee rate except 20% on the 3 conditions, the maximum decrease of water diversion of Chencun irrigation area under 100%, 80% and 50% guarantee rate in turn is 15.96%, 26.56% and 31.89%, and that of Wenxi Sushui irrigation area in turn is 97%, 5.7% and 4.56%. The study can provide a scientific basis for the relief of water shortage situation.
