Abstract :
This paper studied the relation among hydraulic jump values of pumping well, pumping volumes and the distances from observing holes to pumping well. Through the well flow mathematics model established for the test, it deduced the calculating equations of well water level, solved hydraulic jump values. Contrasting with the actual observations of pumping well, the hydraulic jump values were obtained. It is pointed that the ratios of hydraulic jump values to measured values also increase the average of 0.540. By using the equation deduced and water levels, it is simple to solve hydraulic jump values indirectly. The hydraulic jump values, coming out by using the fitting curve method, have some errors, the mean reaches to 11.5 percent. The results indicate that there is no obvious relation between hydraulic jump values and observing distances. The hydraulic jump values do not rely on hydrogeology parameters.
