Abstract
The effect on the printed circuit board terminator load caused by electromagnetic radiation via two wires penetrated a shield enclosure is discussed in this paper. The results indicate that the electromagnetic pulse coupling via penetration wires make the voltage at terminal load of printed circuit board in shield enclosure increase more than that of with no wires. Besides the influence mentioned above, there still exist crosstalk interference coupling between the two wires, and from the simulation results, we know that the crosstalk coupling interference increases as the frequency increases. At high frequency, the total interference voltages combined with crosstalk coupling is much higher than that of without considering the crosstalk at the terminal load. These kinds of work are significant in the designing and layout of a circuit to match the EMC requirement.
