Abstract :
This paper is devoted to the study of internal positivity property of continuous descriptor time-delay systems. A necessary and sufficient condition to check such property is presented. Furthermore, under certain assumptions, a necessary and sufficient condition is provided to guarantee internal positivity of the new system, whose such property is equivalent to that of the origin one. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the results obtained.
