  • Abstract
As for a servo control system of the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), this paper analyzes fault causation of motor start-up that is on account of mistaken connection with motor phase-sequence, and kinds of faults have been classified in the paper. In addition, a method that can realize motor rotor oriented control using TMS320F240 digital signal processor (DSP) is proposed. With the motor rotor position can be acquired by an incremental photo-electricity encoder, the connected sequence of motor phases can be judged by using stator voltage vector oriented control technology, also it can realize self-recovering function by adjusting output phase-sequence of the controller by programming. Experiment results verify that motor can self-recover fast when phase-sequence faults happened and can start rapidly, and the proposed method can be used in servo control system.
