Abstract :
Switchover manipulation is very important to ensure the safe and stable running of power network. In the paper the application state and traditional mode of the existing switchover manipulation are analyzed and studied; the intelligent man-machine system is framed, integrated and evaluated; the concept and method of "secondary rules" for secondary protection on the basis of conducting "five prohibits" manipulation of the primary equipment are proposed; and the human mental and physiological behaviors are discussed thus revealing the meaning of man-machine system.
