Abstract :
This paper deals with global partial stabilization in finite-time for a class of chained systems. First, a new criterion of p-partially finite-time stability is given, then, a new p-partially finite-time stabilizer is presented. Compared with the existing controller, there is an additional nonlinear term. The term can guarantee the states of the system decrease exponentially as they are far away from the equilibrium point. Therefore it can decrease the convergent time. A numerical example demonstrates the validity of our methods.
