            Abstract : 
A 59 GHz high-speed channel sounder with a variety of available parameter settings is described. The chirp technique with correlation by a digital signal processor gives the possibility of reliable channel measurements in indoor and outdoor environments. A data program developed by the authors´ organisation controls the sounder and derives propagation statistics for generating and validating various millimetre wave propagation models
