            Abstract :
Given the fast development of the large-scale wind power base, wind power and energy market is becoming the most critical issue, which has no example to follow. This paper discussed some basic conceptions such as the necessity of Jiuquan wind power cross-border delivery, consumption ability analysis, auxiliary service demands, cross-border delivery mode, power regulation, load characteristics as well as cost analysis. In consideration of multiple factors, combining transmission of wind, solar, hydro and thermal energy is the most feasible option for Jiuquan wind power consumption in the near term.
