Study on Credit Evaluation Models for Electric Power Clients and the Realization of the Software System

This paper puts forward an index system, which is used to evaluate the electric power clients´ credit status. Then, a credit management software system is developed. It can establish or select different evaluation projects to evaluate the credit of clients according to the difference of the category of clients. The software computes the credit index values according to improved AHP and then calculate the comprehensive scores of clients´ credit. So, clients can be ranked according to the credit scores. On the basis of evaluation, diversified service measures, such as electric charges reclaiming and risk defense of electric charges arrears , will be given to different credit rank clients. The software system is not only easy to operate but also has a high reliability and has a good data interface with other information system.
