Abstract :
The effect of Pulsed electric fields on bacterial decontamination has attracted many scholarspsila attention. Many people think that it has a very broad water treatment application. But many years have passed, PEF technology in the application of water treatment has always been not much progress. This paper described the mechanism of the pulse sterilization technology, and analyzed the experimental procedure and results made by the two Study Groups. Find the reason for the slow progress of Pulsed electric field in the water treatment.
