Abstract :
The load shedding is the last defensive line to maintain the safe operation of the system. In this paper, the two-area system frequency response model is displayed. An adaptive load shedding method is designed based on it, to make it suitable for the multi-area weak interconnect system. The simulation result show the frequency response model is accurate, and the method is effective.
