Abstract :
In this paper, the chaotification problems of a class of stable PMSM systems with unknown parameters are concerned. A well-known chaotic system is considered as the reference system. Based on the adaptive control idea, a novel adaptive state feedback controller is designed to make the controlled PMSM systems track the reference system asymptotically. By choosing appropriate controller structure and parametric updating law, the asymptotic stability of the equilibrium of the tracking error system is guaranteed. And then the PMSM system is chaotified finally. The effectiveness of the proposed chaotification method is verified by simulation results.
