Abstract :
This paper studies boost zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) multi-resonant converter (MRC). Compared with the hard switching converter, it has many virtues such as high efficiency and low radiated EMI emission. Both the hard-switching and the soft-switching boost converters are modeled with state-space averaging method and discrete time mapping modeling method respectively. Simulation results verify the proposed model.
