Abstract :
In recent years, as supplementary of the centralized generation and a newly emerging efficient and pro-environment technology, distributed generation (DG) has been widely concerned in the word because it can reducing power losses and on-peak operating cost, improving voltage profile and mitigating environment pollution[1]. It can enhance the supply reliability in power network. Because it can deal with some emergencies[2], such as natural disasters and wars etc. timely and effectively. This paper mainly analyses the change of configuration and affect to relay protection and operation and control in power network system. Finally, the current situation about DG application and some key question in DG research have been discussed.
