Abstract :
We propose a choosing method of the most suitable bandwidth to encode audio samples fixed at the low bit-rate, taking the feelings of coding distortion and limited frequency band into account. By using this method, it is possible to choose the most suitable bandwidth without relying on designer´s intuition, which is not always reliable.
