Abstract

The paper studies the theoretics and methods about the E-HUB platform. Discusses the design and implementation of the proposed platform. Focuses on developing a new data infrastructure called "E-HUB collaboration platform" that will scale to meet increasingly intense demands of rapidly delivering and exchanging information across the enterprise for collaborative e-business. The small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can solve their complex project tasks and participate in projects far exceeding their individual capabilities.
