Abstract :
Power supply reliability is the direct reflection of power supply capacity, which is the comprehensive reflection of power system planning, design, infrastructure, construction, equipment manufacturing, production, operation and other aspects. This paper will compare with the domestic and foreign area in power supply reliability, defines the content of high-reliability of power supply, makes clear of the characteristics of high-reliability, and describes the necessary conditions of building the high-reliability of power supply. This paper supplies a full set of measures for high-reliability power supply building, which include distribution network optimization, equipment modification, applying advanced technology, enhance management, each of the measures s has made the concrete description. Finally, the paper takes a specific city for example to apply the system, and proves the practicability of the supposed measures.
