Abstract :
A holistic and detailed way for the network-based collaborative commodity development is proposed to make the transformation of the product model to the commodity model. In this paper, the collaborative commodity development theory based on the three properties of physical, energy and information is proposed first. Second, on the basis of the analysis of the collaborative commodity development activities, the integrated course model included of four kinds of the sub-models is analyzed: the designing sub-model, the supplying sub-model, the managing sub-model and the profit sub-model. Third, the key techniques in the system development are discussed. They are the network-based parts application technology and the commercial model optimum and evaluation technology. For the former, the searching engine used the functional agents technology to fulfill the task of the network-based parts searching is mentioned. In the end, a simple prototype based on the key techniques is proposed and the correlative experiment indicated the feasibility and effectiveness of the network-based product collaborative commercial development.
