Abstract :
With the rapid development of economy and society, the consumption of water is continuously increasing in Baoji area of Wei River, and the water resources´ shortage is becoming increasingly serious, as the use of water in ecology and environment is severely occupied, then ecology and environment are increasingly deteriorating. In this paper a study of water resources reasonable allocation has been given to solve the problem of water shortage in Baoji area, which provides requirement of water in all kinds of departments and improvement of ecology and environment with theory and reference.
