Abstract :
The customer satisfaction index is applied to collaborative negotiation in collaborative design environment. The index system of customer satisfaction in the process of collaborative design is analyzed. The negotiation model and negotiation process are studied. Based on these, an intelligent negotiation model is built by BP neural network. Combining with the actual demands of enterprise, training and simulating of the model are studied. Results show that the BP neural network model is effective. After training, the model can give impersonal evaluation to design team which takes part in product design. And the evaluation result has the directive significance to improve design and enhance customer satisfaction index.
