Abstract :
For the key equipment of targeting therapy, a high targeting oscillating magnetic field generator is proposed, which is used to control the focus and release of magnetic drug to reach the goal of treatment cancer. By the novel bipolar electromagnetic transmitting circuit topology, the load inductance energy feedback circuit is realized to reduce loss, while feedback energy heightens the current amplitude and strengthens magnetic field. Work frequency of the designed equipment is 0.125 ~ 32 Hz and the magnetic induction intensity reaches 1.3 T. Comparative experiments proved that bipolar steep pulse magnetic field is more suitable for magnetic drug focus and controlled in targeting therapy than sinusoidal and unipolar.
