Abstract :
The washout filter is a simple filter and easy to be designed. A control system based on the washout-filter can keep the stability point of the system unchanged. Time delays affect the behavior of a dynamic system significantly. Chaos has been found in the simplest time-delayed neural network system consisting of even one neuron. In this paper, we illustrate chaos in an uncertain time-delayed neural network system consisting of one neuron by estimating its largest Lyapunov exponent, a chaos control system based washout-filter is proposed, and the stability of the control system is analyzed. The bifurcation diagram of the control system is given.
